Ban The NDA is Australia's lived experience federal reform campaign to end the misuse of NDA's Non-Disclosure Agreements used to silence victims and whistleblowers. We lead bipartisan legislative reform to ensure NDAs and other coercive confidentiality clauses can never be used to silence people who experience harassment, discrimination, bullying, abuse or other unlawful conduct.
